INSTALLATION
All our ground workers have received professional training in the production and application of wet pour rubber. This combined with a commitment to hard work and safety standards, guarantees a high quality finish.

Quality materials are used at all times and for all applications we use EPDM rubber compounds. Noise is minimised by the use of petrol and electric mixers and thoughtful location of mixing point. On internal or sensitive sites, damage from spillage is eliminated by the use of protective sheets and boarding.

For all depths above 40mm a sub base is laid first consisting of rubber produced from recycled tyres. This sub base is soft and spongy giving the cushion effect. The next stage involves laying the top course layer using virgin EPDM rubber crumb in colour applications and SBR truck tyre granulate in black leaving a soft yet firm surface. The ease of application and range of colours available mean wet pour surfaces can be laid to suit all design needs, allowing for increased play value and maximum enjoyment.
